Have you changed? - Rodent - 09-10-2010 ' Wrote:Hmph.. haven't changed you say.:) The thing is, for the better or worse?;) Have you changed? - Tommeh - 09-10-2010 You could say I did changed a bit, if nothing else, then now I try to get different view points in certain situations where before I wouldn't bother. But nothing else I think. Have you changed? - Cond0r - 09-10-2010 i troll more now, if you call that a change. and has this game changed my personality? no, because if i noticed that an online game has changed me then i would probably quit gaming. Have you changed? - Altaris - 09-10-2010 I think, that being part of this community is something lot more than other communities can offer you. We are all connected by one very old yet very good game such as Freelancer is. I think that when you RP with someone, who is good RPer and you have really good Roleplaying, that meeting with other players as whole, is much more exciting, and also kinda great. And then, end that nice enjoyment with great pew pew PvP. Not like shooting game communities, where killing every character that moves.. My opinion... Freelancer is great game, and Discovery is not only great mod to freelancer, but also awesome community. Altaris Have you changed? - Vexykin - 09-10-2010 Discovery has improved my English language! Thank you ! Have you changed? - DarthCloakedGuy - 09-10-2010 I've learned that people have an instinctual knee-jerk negative reaction to new ideas, and that this reaction increases in severity with increasing existing power and authority. Have you changed? - LegendOfTheWolf - 09-10-2010 Well Disco has : Expended my imagination In-proved my punctuation Given me the confidence to talk on forums, share my idea, share my work. Allowed me to meet alot of people around the world which have similar interests as I do. And much much much more. So thank you community. Your the best ! Seriously ! Have you changed? - lw'nafh - 09-11-2010 Okay, I shall telleth you, if you really want to know... What Discovery did to/for me, broken down: Good things: -Taught me RP. -Taught me more advanced spelling. -Made me lrn 2 grammr -Made me ambitious Bad things: -Made me cynical -Turned me into somewhat of a troll and a douche. -Ruined my Discovery-related ambitions (we all saw that coming, derp) -Showed me how petty people can be Have you changed? - Sassafras - 09-11-2010 Nice to see this post had some legs. One more change for me, I haven't played in several months...and I'm starting to miss it. Something I told Trev and Dusty, for all its sillyness and absurdity, I keep getting sucked back here. Not sure why. I think it's the Nomad Turrets. Schlurbi, if you're still an Angel, then no change is necessary. Have you changed? - neko_soilder - 09-11-2010 I've changed a lot since joining the disco community I seem to see the world and the people that populate it much differently. As well I've probably gained knowledge beyond my years from interacting with so many great people. My path i plan to take through life has been refined and complimented from the knowledge I've acquired, specifically from The Angels. Plus i thought the large percent of the American population was just dull because of my own intelligence, now i know they are just dull all together XD -Kiori |
