Vape what Etaphreven just said. If we are fighting B|s by Toledo and you do not make the NPC battleship there hostile to you I'll shoot you myself on principal. It's Like me taking my LSF to get a Hacker bribe so I am neutral in Vespuuci so those annoying NPC's or Bases do not attack me while I kill their Hacker brothers. Not only is this fantastically lame. I'm pretty sure the admins would tear you a new one.

My lines are to summarize the past, some time in the future. I will give you an example of this in our past. When the worldwar happened, the European nations allied them selves against Hitler and forgot about their petty differences for the time being. I am not talking about an all out attack. I am talking about other citizens of Liberty (Albeit shady) to do their own against invaders from other systems.
I am not LSF so PvP whoring in my case is not going to be an issue. I am a merc and was paid for what I did against corsairs. I primarily trade peacefully till I there is a call to arms against invading forces (for which I got paid). I used a bomber though I have bigger ships in my possession. How is that PvP whoring? and why is it not RP ? Starting the whole war overnight is your words not mine. Rather than starting to jump the gun see what others are saying. Other wise you will start calling traders defending themselves against pirates PvP whores too.
...and if you are still confused, I am talking about defensive fleets in Liberty. Not an invading army.

Well done insulting LSF,but I'm not LSF.
I somehow felt you were on the Corsair/Order side.So,my appologies.None the less,my post remains valid,for the Corsair/Order bunch'a people.
EDIT: Freelancer has nothing(more or less) to do with the past.It has barely anything to do with Earth(yeah they were survivors,but what do they know about that lil' blue planet?nada) and stuff alike.

Ummm, i'v seen someone mentioning Rogues joining with the Liberty Navy to defend Liberty space.
Is this really something Rogues would do? They hate Liberty.
Yes, they live in it, but they hate the government and they would gladly let one incident pass by, because, to be realistic, Order + Corsairs could never conquer Liberty.
It would be another thing if they could (RP wise). They could maybe in a war (like TBH-RM), but not overnight, in 1 battle.
So, i strongly believe that Rogues would stand aside, and strike both sides when they are weakest.
Near the end of the battle.
But, to form up with Liberty capital ships, and stand in the first lines?
Really? Pirates?
It just doesn't look alright to me, maybe i am wrong.:)

a little of topic, but...
there were 2 liberty GB with us, I and another (mb52 i think, can't remember) were in them. although i died. hard. it was fun.

Yeah, it was my first major battle in a gunboat, and while I lasted longer then I thought I would, I need alot of work... (I may just switch to a bomber/VHF)
