I didnt read all comments, but i have voted YES!


Reasons:

-- Connie is out of RP.
-- If the server tends to be full for ~ 4 or more hours a day, it would be beyond nice, to have more free roleplayer slots.


So:

Why not just have back the old PvP server as second for those, who want to test their weapons, if that is that necessary.

Or:

Why didnt you simply RP what you really are?

A totaly new pilot, with some dreams of a nice charreer, but without any practise.

Build up your skills in RP, it is much more fun.:yes:

Why would we want to RP what we are? That's what real life is for.

You can't RP an ace pilot without practice; so you go to conn. Training in guard systems just doesn't cut it (unless you have another pilot of equal skill in your faction willing to be your dogfighting partner).

I seem to be in the minority but I'm not fond of Connie.
There used to be a PvP server running alongside this one once. Bulldogs I believe although I never went there.

I'm inclined to agree with this:

I know. I meant, why not this way: Start in RP as a noob, and develope yourself into such an 'Ace Pilot', that you want to be, while fighting your enemies.

If you want to be an Ace Pilot, of course you have to be best-experienced.
And of course, you need practise to have these experiences.

I still did not get the point, why this PvP skills could or should get earned in a OoRP way on an inRP server.

Because conn is so much faster. I learned more about pvp in around 20 hours in conn than I did in 7 months on the server.

Why to make it faster?

Edit:

It tooks me ~ 6 month, to set my dealer up to ~150-200 codes. Using time for developing a char is fun, trust me.

There is nothing wrong with having conn. We need a place to go and just have some crazy fun. I can see the problem though of everyone going there and leaving the sectors feel empty, and granted, thats no fun.

What about, if possible, only having conn open at various times?

I don't know what the solution is, but getting rid of the sector should be out the question.

It needs to be somewhere else other then NY. Players are using it to park dreads,caps,and other ships to attack NY lawfuls,and traders. I do not care how many "so no we are not" but i been amassing screens of players who die in NY then respawn in Conn. Go into Conn,and log off for hours until their enemies leave,and so on. It needs to be in a nuetral system.

I didn't wanna fly around for ages building up my skills so I could finally RP that ace.

Being good a fighter pvp has also opened up so many different types of RP for me too. So I have to thank conn and the people I've trained against.

That's why I suggested the move to Coronado.
