Nope... you can't. Except lolwut pirate will do this. If he's desperate enough to yell "2milordai" in whole system. I'm sad because that. My Tax.Collector will be forced to rust for a bit. :(

I run from the lolwuts, usually they're dumb enough to pirate you in a snubfighter 20k from a base.:)

Just mined all 4 fields north of the trade lanes in Omega 7, as Kruger leader wanted to check everything out for myself. I really like the new system, lack of mass things floating in space felt much smoother than I am used to.
Miners don't have to worry about crowding each other as much, but now have a bigger problem ... resources are not infinite! I love it! I was upset to say the least at the beginning, thought Kruger's RP was ruined, but now I feel you opened so much for us. Gives us reasons to mine cobalt ... maybe even copper (bandit)! We even have to rethink allowing such open access to our fields.

Okay, just did about 10 minutes of testing in Omicron Delta.
Ship is a Hegemon, using fighter mining lasers, with a BHG IFF and Miner ID.
ZERO drops after 10 minutes of shooting rocks. In a field that should give me a lot of iridium. And yes, I checked my cargo hold - it still had the same amount of iridium in it that it had before.
Then I got a different miner ID'd ship (Dactite) out there, and still nothing. So the Palau Cloud right now is still turned off.

as far as i remember - palau never had any mining modifier applied - so since it was not marked a "mining area" - it might simply be empty atm. - i sometimes wondered about miners that departed from fp11 empty ( hegemon ) ... just to return filled up only like 10 min later. - cause from waht i know... it would have taken around 30 min+ to fill up 2.7k cargo there.
but then - maybe it was adjusted at some time...
the point is...
corsairs are no miners, zoners are no miners, bhg are no miners, nomads are no miners... and no mining cooperation goes to such a remote system like delta ( well - they are not supposed to anyway ) - so... it wasn t a mining field.

ore will not fill to a full cargo amount by defualt, if there is 3 holds left, and you are supposed to 6 six ore from the next roc, it wont fill at all
we need a command which will let Mafics and mining snubcraft send thier ore to a hegemon.
