The responsibility of a faction tends to correlate to the ability of another faction to hurt it.
Thus, trade factions are held to the highest standards of responsibility, with police, then unlawful, then lawful following suit.

Lolwutters can be in official factions too so..
I fly mostly all indies and i can do whatever i want! It's great being an indie. Take smeagle for example, does it look like I'm having fun when I'm on smeagle? Hell ya.
Don't get me wrong though, Official factions are awesome as well. It's like what Zelot said 'bout the yin and yang thing.

Bindo, if its unoffical, its.indie. Or all the lolwuts would make a group and say "unoffical".
Unoffical=/= indie
And you are describing lolwuts. I take responsibility, and the unoffical groups I mentioned do the same.
I tried to nuke Manhatten, I took responsibikity.

Mo matter how many independents messup, people have a stigma against holding responsible the faction.
With a single faction member screwing up, it's fair game to stick the screw down as hard as you want to.
