It's a shame, really, that the Phantoms have gotten to this. I had some good RP with several of them over time. Perhaps if I were more maniacal minded, I would have enjoyed being one.
If the current Phantom faction in Disco wants to let it die then it's there right IMO. If someone wants to make a similar faction then let them try if they think they can make it work. For the person that wants to though, take note of the current Phantoms and learn by their example. As it is, we have people stretching themselves to thin over many factions which is dooming many of those factions.

Anyway, i don't care.
You have digged your own grave with not recruting people, not doing anything so all idea\faction got rusty and now abandoned. Alot of people wanted to join. But you were not letting the new blood with new ideas in, now you complain that there were no new ideas?
Phantom RP was not ivolving to fit with the Sirius because they were not playing and being around at all as a political and military force.
Don't blame someone else but yourself.
Also if you'r letting the faction die without trying to find takeovers is not showing you from a good side as well. Faction dies not because there are no ideas to play with. But because current fantom leaders don't like to open it for use by someone else. Exact motives are unknown to me, but i think they are very simple as always. Something like "Ok, we were building all stuff, now we can't carry on but frak no someone will get what is ours", or something like this.
So rest in peace.
