It's likely the Cloaking Devices will be STRICTLY controlled as to not abuse them, my guess is there's already a plan to curb un-sportsman activities through their use.
As for the other new abilities, ship docking is at the top of my list of drool-fuel. ^_^
I would like to thank the Dev-Team for their continued efforts in making Discovery the best Mod out there and that their hard work is appreciated.:)
