I'd go as far to say that HF -is- LH, seeing as LH dont even use faction tags, and are an old faction and heavily represented (active) at this time.

This thing never did really get off the ground, did it?
If it were, for my part, it would have to be later, about 2400 GMT, and it should likely involve a small mixed task force of BAF and LN going after some LR.
The fight would have to be intentionally balanced since both BAF and LN outnumber LR.

HF is not LH, they have different goals, just ask them yourself. LH are as active as HF, if not more. Only difference being they don't fly capital ships almost at all, most of the players are in LFs / HFs / pirate transports now. That's why we can't be bothered to have tags and be tracked by bounty hunters that don't know who they're in fact tracking...

As one of Sindroms' two seconds-in-command, I'm going to have to give this event concept a hearty thumbs-down. This type of battle does not in any way reflect the LR-'s interests, intentions or established roleplay.
This timeslot ought to be available to another faction pairing that might have greater need of it.
