This right here should solve the issue.
If the tracker isn't working, why not just let the Iseijin compile their activity on untagged ships for the admins' perusal? Surely there is some other method of recourse other than just saying "NO YOUR TAG ACTIVITY IS INSUFFICIENT", referring anyone who suggests an alternative to THE RULE which DOMINATES ALL and then deleting a rich tapestry of roleplay permanently.
Common sense should override any ridiculous rule-related rubbish. Here we have an active faction which provides good interactions for both people inside and outside it being utterly disassembled because a little number on a little webpage isn't quite as high as it should be. But hey, screw the faction's track record of being an all-things-considered nice entity to have dealings with, let's just bring in the steamrollers and crush everything. After all, you wouldn't want to make an exception! Good lord, people might start having to bring intuition back into decision making rather than following things to the letter.

There were factions in the past that were issued a warning for lack of activity despite having plenty of activity on untagged characters. Those factions took actions to solve the problem. This one didn't.

For Christ's sake, you'd think it was a bloody court case instead of a surviving community of an ancient spaceship game. But no, everything has to be treated with the utmost seriousness, as if the very idea of bending the rules to avoid eliminating a worthy faction is as horrific as letting a murderer proven guilty off with no charges levied.
