What changes have been made on it?
Was any new feature added?
Will it be avaiable to download for other servers?
(It just interests me, since I'm running my own server)

i do get some odd spikes occationally but it is mostly better.

Oh my god, you selfish people. Complaining about 150 extra ping.
Cannon, my lag shot from a clean 1000 to 2000, and is fluctuating MADLY. I can barely get to the character list with 100% of my internet focused on the connection, and even when i can, there is NO chance of getting online.

I have a lot of lag and loss spikes lately, they cover the whole range from barely noticeable to unplayable.

Well since it's been changed my ping has gone from 59, 0, 0, 0
to

Which as you might imagine is completely unplayable.
It does change on a daily basis though from 0 lag to what you see there.

It's your end. To fix it you need to:
a) move
b) run a length of fibre to the nearest internet backbone.
Changes to a server in Germany do not change the fact that your satellite internet connection is terrible and almost all other multi-player servers would not allow you to connect at all.

It's hard to correlate this type of report to reports from other people who say nothing much has changed. I'm still in the process of gathering data...
