Seriously it is awesome. I still think you should change the Sensor's Caps, like having them hanging up and a bit Backwards or move them down by like 15°.

Make the pod covers open to the side, towards the ships cockpit instead of down, that should make it look more sleak, but also not as stupid.... that means you can still animate the pod covers to open/close when cruise is entered/disengaged

I really think the cockpit either needs to be downsized or turned into a bridge all-together, it's what makes it look like it could easily pass as a fighter.

I'd suggest something like this with the pods. That way, they help the sleek look and you can have the hatches fall all the way back onto the pods (the blue lines) and everyone's happy.
