Didn't know such threads exist on these forums ^^

And yeah, it was mentioned few times by Russian higher-ups, about the possible development of different technologies that'll allow the industrial use of space/moon. It's up to you how to understand this. But that theme was never mentioned again, and all of it is quite a long-term goal, I suppose.

As for CW - sure, it can be viewed as victory. Just, one of the main opponents committed suicide. Unfortunately, that didn't stop the Big Game.
