People are already doing this.
The way around the original rule was to use shared ships. Admins don;t give a crap about your shared ships and at the end of the day all this rule does is lower the amount of sanctions of re-engaging being done.
Basically, in my opinion, the rule has gone from being specific to vague. Good stuff Disco, another rule to encourage the dickheads and trouble the real players.
I don't see any benefit in this change.

Hm... perhaps a rewording would make sense. After the explanations, it makes sense, but the original post does not explain it in a way that is intuitively understandable. And yes... I read it time after time and we discussed it with several people on TS before asking for clarification.
Thank you for your effort of clearing up the insecurity about how the rule works.
