This is Ensign Fletcher Talbot Arkwright, I have just recently gained my wings as a 2nd Fleet Ensign, and I now wish to join the primary fleet in the Bretonian Armed Forces.
I currently have a fully equipped Templar, heavy duty armour, and a willingness to learn. Likely, it would be best I get actual combat experience in the Queen Carina Academy. Though I shall enquire about my application here first.

Fletcher Talbot, I have registered you in Queen Carina's Academy for some brief tests. You can tagg yourself as QCA|Cadet.Fletcher and go to Salisbury. Once you pass all the tests, for at least 2 days, your progress level will increase to 100% and then you can join us.
