One Police Plaza (iRP) (FO) - Fletcher - 07-20-2009 <div align="right]***Comm ID: Professor Farnsworth ***Subject: Capture Sentinel 167*** Must I honestly say much more than the subject title? The Sentinel 167 is now deemed a national security risk, and must be caught INTACT! You must find a way to bring it in so we may download all this renegade's knowledge. Bring it in. All other Sentinels will operate as per norm. <div align="right]*** Message Ends*** One Police Plaza (iRP) (FO) - Donutman - 07-20-2009 Name:Joe Smith Rank: Lieutenant When we detected the 167, I and Officer Lindberg Met up with it, and attempted to download Sentinel programming. It refused the password and fled, we chased all the way to California, where it stopped in front of Willard and accessed the Sentinel terminal. It er, wasn't very happy that "It's brothers were slaves to humanity", and before we could stop it..........an Ion Storm hit. And by Ion Storm, I mean all three of us were carried to the gates of Chula Vista. Price talked to 167, teleported him away, then teleported us away somewhere else than it, back to Willard. **End report** One Police Plaza (iRP) (FO) - Marcus Lindberg - 07-20-2009 Name: Marcus Lindberg Rank: Officer Other than the sentinel stuff happening, a bunch of other problems started showing up too. A ship by the name Heart of Zion was stranded in the middle of the West Point - Norfolk Lane, it was apparently badly damaged, including engine failure as well as the loss of a lot of essential crew members. A rendezvoused with a few freelancer's and began looking for the ship, when we finally found it, its engines were too damaged to continue, luckily, LNS Reliant was nearby and was able to tow the ship to Norfolk for repairs. After that, another civilian by the name Scab something was under attack by outcasts who had, once again managed to destroy not only his engines but his life support systems as well, I managed to find it soon, so he didn't lose a lot of oxygen. I dropped him off at West Point where he contacted insurance and replaced his ship. One Police Plaza (iRP) (FO) - Marcus Lindberg - 07-20-2009 Name: Marcus Lindberg Rank: Officer I just took Buccaleto down. ![]() We, Flex, Sergei Malakov and Coatlicue rendezvoused and met the Good 'ol Don himself, and some idiot by the Name Mad Monty, and another Hacker, who was in a gunboat. The Don, who called me Lindburger, and constantly mocked me, then decided to offer me a bribe. I spat in his face, Concentrated all fire on the gunboat. Sergei was down taking out the gunboat, one of the bounty hunters managed to take it down. After that, we concentrated all fire on the don himself. The bounty hunters took down his shields, and I managed to place a well placed SNAC up his face. Mad Monty managed to dodge all our fire through, he's one damn good pilot, better than the Don himself. He managed to hold out until MM. Starkiller showed up in his gunboat. At that point, most of us were out of ammo and depleted our nanobots and shield batteries. So we were taken down quite easily. Either way, their leader ship just took a serious hit. And if anyone dares call me lindburger, you're up for a nasty surprise. One Police Plaza (iRP) (FO) - Donutman - 07-20-2009 Name: Joe Smith Rank: Lieutenant Today was.....hectic. That IMG battlecruiser Norman's ship was blaring about? It showed up, fired a few shots at Fort Bush, The LNS Fort Louisbourg showed up, there was some firefighting, then we stopped at the order of the Chief. The Louisbourg boarded the Battlecruiser, the Dolomite, and sent some marines onto Fort Bush as a "security measure". Meaning, to get Norman from where he was barrcaded in the Chief's Office and get him to the Dolomite. It looked like it was all over, with Norman back on the Dolomite and about to levy corruption charges against the LPI, when the Chief hatched a brilliant plan. He made a call. To a Sergeant Vincent Price. It was rather funny as I attempted to explain to the Louisbourg and the Dolomite why Norman disappeared out of thin air, the navy was thinking he had a "Personal cloak" or a "Transporter". Once the Navy left muttering something about stupid LPI believing in Ghosts, the Dolomite began asking me over and over; "Where is he? And NO lies!" Every time I said where he was he shot me with a pulse turret and asked again. I finally left him to his unbelieving self and filed this report. Report end. Joe was then teleported to Chula Vista by Price. One Police Plaza (iRP) (FO) - Zapp - 07-21-2009 The Chief checked his messages, and found but one. ![]() He scratched his head and wondered what the Hackers were talking about... One Police Plaza (iRP) (FO) - Cruben - 07-21-2009 Name: John Parker Rank: Recruit I started my patrol at Planet Denver. When travellin' to New York, I came across a Xenos at the jumpgate with the handle Gabriel"Storm". Just another "all tough, no game" hostile. ![]() I was able to manuver this paperclip right past into the jumpgate. Then, of course, when I come out of the jump I find another Xenos with the handle Burgasko. ![]() He immediately made his way to the tradelane and sped away. The patrol continued normally until I found an Outcast destroyer with two escorts. Needless to say, I was feelin' a bit queasy already. ![]() After threatenin' me, they let me go on my way. Then I contact my fellow officers on the comms and the chase began to unfold. ![]() We eventually found the two escorts, and we engaged immediately. ![]() Then I was ordered to leave with Lt. Joe Smith, and so I quickly left the battle. When we got to West Point, we found a Rheinland wraith! The Lt. and I engaged him in combat and right when the battle seemed to be coming to an end, the hostile aimed his fire at me and it was over. My patriot, which I didn't have a bond for anyways, was instantly into a million pieces with me ejecting out in the fray. For not too long, I was floatin' in space until I was picked up by my fellow officer. And here I am at Fort Bush composin' my first patrol report. I learned one thing today, actually I learned more than I wanted to but this might be somethin' worth whiles. "Don't joust in a Patriot on your first day of patrol." ~End of Report~ One Police Plaza (iRP) (FO) - hack - 07-22-2009 ' Wrote:Name: Marcus Lindberg I will forward this proposition on to the LPI command and see what transpires. Deputy Chief O'Brian, LPI One Police Plaza (iRP) (FO) - hack - 07-23-2009 From: Hull O'Brian Rank: Deputy Chief Mission Report: Well, I decided to stretch my legs and help out my fellow officers by doing some patrols around the New York system. I did a few laps, the started working on my LPI guard qualifications in the Colorado system. I was contacted by Officer Lindberg that 2 outcast Gunboats were menacing West point, so I put it into High gear and hooffed it to the scene. By the time I arrived, the gunboats were gone and so were a few LPI fighters. I got another call to come to the Texas system, so I pointed my bombers nose that a way, when the lane disappeared out from underneath me. there was a Junker there, called Useless.Scrap. I crossed my mind that this Junker may have been pirating ,so I figured I would hang out for a bit and see what was going on. W started to have a decent conversation when one of those Legacy Junkers showed up in a gunboat. Him and the other Junker were having a bit of a heated discussion, when all of the sudden the Junker named Legacy Slayor asked the other Junker in open comms if he wanted Slayor to get rid of me. I asked Slayor what his problem was, and all he did was attack me. I fought him off to the best of my abilities, but I was outgunned. My Bomber was shattered and I floated home. The only good news was Officer Lindberg killed this jerk, an made him float home. One Police Plaza (iRP) (FO) - jimhunter - 07-23-2009 Name: Lisa Hunter Rank: Officer Report Nr.: eh, first one after my comeback. Got my Liberator today from Police Plaza. Setted it up as per the standard equipment guide-lines, only thing missing is a proper mine. Went to Colorado afterwards. As i undocked from Denver, a ship hailed me. Guess what, it was a "Mjolnir" Rheinland SHF. The person flying it claimed he'd fly it for Liberty because no ship Liberty has to offr gives him this firepower. He said he'd be a Navy recruit on top of that. I managed to get him to the point where he purchased an Executioner instead. Then, there was a Council "Valor" Battleship. It was shot at by a Navy Carrier. Now i know our stance towards Council is neutral, and the Navy failed to tell me why exactly they choose to shoot this ship. As of such, i followed this ship until it left Liberty. Flew to West Point afterwards, just reached it in time to see an Outcast Tridente class gunboat going down. After this, i escorted a Bowex trader through New York to California. As we left the gate, i was called as back-up by Lieutnant Commander Casero. He was duelling a Hacker in a "Tridente". Told the trader to wait and flew to help the L.C.. The pilot of the Gunboat was so friendly to concentrate his fireworks on me. Of course, he failed to land any critical hit. L.C. Casero had enough time to shoot it up. He then told me we might be needed in Texas, so i flew to there. On my way towards Houston, the lane was disrupted. By two Tridents, a Hessian (!) Gunboat and a Falcata. As there was no support in sight, i made my way fast out of there, especially as my cargo was full of new prisoners. End of report. |
