Had they waited, spread around the room, taken possitions strategicaly before thier intentions where brought to light... It would have been a different story. Proffessionals, do not let idiotic notions of pride, drama, satisfaction in entering undetected, interfere with thier work, and cause this whole ordeal to backfire horriably."
Scarlet straightens her uniform, returning the singed cap to rest on her head.
"Miss Stone should be considered the only cassualty, they apparently thought having her under some semblance of control would offset thier loss. As such... Removing... Her as an obstacle would be the best call to make Admiral. Cryogenic tubes or a bullet through the head would remove the liability, although the second is far cheaper"

Yeah, if we can't find out what she knows and why they wanted to kill her, we'll be completely in the dark, might end up starting a war that wouldn't of if we knew what she knows.. guess we'll just have to wait and hope she survives..

Probably...yes. The knight in space told me something like that, too. So I guess they want to come back. The 'leader' of the knights also told me, very weird she told this to me anyway, they will kill Miss Stone. She sounded very sure about that but in connection to their strategically inability, like you are saying, it's only a matter of time till the rest of them have been sorted out of the existance.

But not from themselves I think. *he pauses and thinks a bit* But that does not mean I wouldn't risk my life for possible innocent people. Sure you are right, we are existing to defend our kind against....higher interests but I think that does not include the wars between the houses in that way it threatening the whole existance of us, or am I wrong?

Regardless, his situation was different. He was acting out of a sense of honour, and working to achieve something worth a single life, the continuity of another life. Here... Well. You can see how well it went... Sacrifices must be made, but everything becomes and equation. Does the outcome match or even outweigh the loss of man and resources? If yes then the sacrifice was admirable, if not then... Stupidity and imcompetance. Those are the only words I can think of to describe the debacle we bore witness to"

I've known amateurs with warships, fail in thier first combat experience, and proffessionals with a wooden blade escape against all odds. Do not mistake funds for skills"
