RE: The "Ambrosia" - Colonial Bar on Sabah Shipyard - t0l - 06-17-2013 Tal took another sip of his coffee. Well, he pretended to. "So, uh, yeah. You can go now." RE: The "Ambrosia" - Colonial Bar on Sabah Shipyard - Kiith - 06-17-2013 While observing the rather interesting liquid in the glass infront of her, Liz noticed how left of her, just some barstools away, a man desperately tried not to puke over whatever he ordered from the barkeeper. And when one of the spooks turned up she knew there was something wrong, deciding to listen a bit more careful... "'Ey, Coffee McMilk over there. No offense, but how about you get a proper drinking attitude. And even if all the adrenaline you unleash while doing your job doesn't keep you awake well enough, I wouldn't order something like this on a place like Sabah. Probably the worst choice you made today" Liz had turned around a bit, to look at Tal. Then, the still untouched glass full with ale slid across the counter, in his direction. "Here, have this. Definetly not as bad as what you have there". RE: The "Ambrosia" - Colonial Bar on Sabah Shipyard - SummerMcLovin - 06-17-2013
"Addiction is no joke, but merci nonetheless. Enjoy your night... agent."
With that, he retreated to one of the corner booths, alone for now. Back at one of the nearer tables to the bar, Susan sat down in front of her old friend. "It really has been a long time. Ancestors, you're so tall now! Stubbly too," she said with a giggle. "I've still got half this cider left, but I suppose I could let you buy me something stronger now that we're old enough. If you can afford it that is..." RE: The "Ambrosia" - Colonial Bar on Sabah Shipyard - t0l - 06-17-2013 Tal sighed. "Well, can't be any worse than this half-assed coffee they serve around here." He drank from the glass. "Hmm. What is this? Isn't bad." He drank from the glass again. "You know, I could get used to this." He drank from the glass again. RE: The "Ambrosia" - Colonial Bar on Sabah Shipyard - Havok - 06-17-2013 He chuckled and walked over to Sierra and the other two, laying his hands on the counter and seeing Mercer already plastered and Sierra with a Tipsy grin, he smiked and layed a 1,000 Credit Chit on the counter. "Give me a bottle of Schnapps Keep. We're having a good night tonight. And Four shotglasses!" RE: The "Ambrosia" - Colonial Bar on Sabah Shipyard - t0l - 06-17-2013 Tal walked over to the bartender and ordered an IMD. The bartender gave him a pleasant look and said, "Good choice." The bartender quickly made the drink while Tal took a look around the bar. There would undoubtedly be a fight tonight, what with all the alcohol around. The bartender finished the drink, and Tal put some money on the counter for it. He sat down and started to drink it. He thought, "Might taste better with some Sunbucks in it, but hey, I'll take what I can get." RE: The "Ambrosia" - Colonial Bar on Sabah Shipyard - Arioch - 06-17-2013 As the night continued on, Lou was extremely pleased with the turnout and the reception so far. Having talked with a few people here and there, he was about to sit down when came a call from the kitchen.
"Oye! Mr. Marcus. LOU!! C'mere!" yelled a man from behind the kitchen door. Lou went back and entered the kitchen. After a few minutes, he came out and went to the stage to grab the mic. "Oh god, no more singing Lou!" Yelled David. "Ha no no. I have an announcement everyone! Our chef has finally released to me the food menu for the Ambrosia! I have put the stack on the bar corner over here, as well as I will have waiters pass them out momentarily. Thank you and enjoy!" Lou walked back to the bar, shaking hands of patrons who thanked him. When he reached the bar, he finally had a chance to fully read over the menu... She entered bar with smile. When she noticed known people, she kindly smiled and went to the bar, where she sat down and leaned her head against her hand. One "44th Apocalypse" and one shortglass please. I need something after hard day in Bretonia. I'm not hungry now, but angry?? Yes. Dammed Mollys and Dunkirk. I hope his aim will be better next time. Killed by Dunkirk... Can be something worse?? Yes. Be killed by Gaul in his frogship. Nothing can be worse. And I hope, Capitane of Dunkirk will pay me new ship!!! Sophia smiled and looked at the wall in front of her. Nothing can be worse, nothing... RE: The "Ambrosia" - Colonial Bar on Sabah Shipyard - Wolfs Ghost - 06-17-2013 Aeyrn had opened her mouth to say something in response to the drunken man, when he suddenly turned around and began wandering away towards a woman who had just entered the bar. She watched on for a couple more minutes as the two began exchanging words that she wouldn't hear, regardless, she slunk back into the booth upon figuring out who it was that Mercer was talking with. She smiled softly before looking back down towards the glass of ale that was sitting in front of her. Lifting the glass to her mouth and proceeded to take a rather long sip before returning the glass to the table before it. With a soft sigh, her gaze returned to watching both Mercer and Chamberlain carry on a conversation. It wasn't long until two of the Agents that were making fun of Frost moved over towards both Chamberlain and Mercer, which made her slink even more back into her seat until she sighed heavily to herself and brought her eyes back down towards the half empty glass. "Cheer up." She told herself in a whisper, "Alright, Fie, just drink away the pain like you always do, and you'll be a hundred and ten percent tomorrow." She leaned forwards, deciding it was probably better to shut up than continue mumbling to herself, slouching against the table she began to trace her finger around the lip of the glass. Her free hand holding her chin up. RE: The "Ambrosia" - Colonial Bar on Sabah Shipyard - Soul Reaper - 06-17-2013 "It really has been a long time. Ancestors, you're so tall now! Stubbly too." She was giggling. "I've still got half this cider left, but I suppose I could let you buy me something stronger now that we're old enough. If you can afford it that is..." His mouth formed into a quick smirk, the memories coming back in. "Hah, might as well return the favor, if I remember correctly you were the one that stole a full bottle of wine from my dad's personal stock for us when you were technically on tour of the Rubicon." He started chuckling. "Too bad we had no idea that we weren't supposed to drink all of it in one go." A waiter arrived at that moment, a bottle of Dionysus' Gift in his hand and two wineglasses in the other, he set the glasses down and filled them up halfway and started to leave. "Leave the bottle." He looked up at Susan with a grin, an obvious answer to her last remark. The waiter also picked up on the hint, apparently, and left with a smirk after he put the bottle down. |
