i dont know him too, but: admins trust him enough to post his name as admin candidate + some people typed that he was admin on other server and good admin + he will be admin, he is not forced to make it + disco need more admins. when i calculate all this, then big yes from me.
what things make from someone good disco admin? post count? time here? or what? i think on first place is will to be good and unbiased admin.

I hate to argue with people here, but how can you say he doesn't know this server when Vero has been here five months longer than Del and four months longer than Kurraine?
Call me naive, but it sounds like there is a double standard here that they need both time and postcount.
EDIT: I don't want to hit any chords here, just trying to identify a problem I see. All I've seen Vero post with is respect and reasonableness, and I don't see why you need to have a lot of posts for those posts that he made to count.

From reading the last few posts, it is obliviose that we need a admin here that is not inbreed.
It is like you dont trust a player that have been playing here a Year, Comon guys and girls, you have to admid that we need more admins, And Vero can be part of solving that problem, but only cuz you dont know him you vote no,
Qoute " I will only vote people I trust into positions of such high athourity and longevity...If he goes wrong, it will be nearly impossible to remove him."
Now 2years of spot free admin duty dosent matter.
Well i dont hope that Vero get flushed due to ignorance of players here.

As for the post count part, not true. Look at Xoria. Yes, he may not have been here for a lengthy ammount of time. But he know's what he's on about. That i cannot say of Vero, due to the fact i have not seen his other posts. No offence ofcourse Vero.
Your point about other servers Admins is a good one too. I have visited some that were similar to what you describe. I assure you Raw was never like that nor was I.
A question on your point about a certain amount of time here. According to forum account creation I have been here longer than either Xoria or Del (both people who I believe are capable of being good Admins). I dont think time here is really what you mean. I think what you mean to say is that I am not as high a profile player or forum poster as they are. While they have posted a couple of times a day, or more, on average and I have posted perhaps once every 2 days. On that alone they are, of course, more in the public view. In addition they are both leaders of factions and therefore are known to more people.
Your reasoning and Unselie's seems to be prove myself first before you will vote for me.
That is an understandable position, and I respect it.

I voted yes, Vero did an excellent job on raw server- Roadrunner, as a fellow judge on that server should be proof enough of this.
From what I understand, this server needs more judges and I can't think of someone better. This server would be doing itself a disservice not adding him to the discovery team.

Exactly.
I've seen Del and Kuraine prove themselves. Kuraine i spoke to alot via MSN and whatnot, and he has some great idea's in the back of his head, and an allmost perfect understanding of the rules.
Del is, how shall i put it, "all around wise man", if you know what i mean. He knows how the forums work, ingame, and doesn't let anything get the best of him.
Looking at your reply's here, i must say that your beginning to look like one of those people too. Rather than bash the head of your opponent in, you engage in a good discussion.

Gotta say, Vero I don't know how I missed you. You've been here a surprisingly long time, and put an oar into a few threads that have been quite contentious.
You stay quiet, and in many circumstances that is admirable. You have admin experience. I don't know any of you characters, but I have read as many of your important posts as I could, and have decided that I'm gunna vote yes.

I'm one of the old Raw players aswell and I know (as every Raw eliter) that Vero is one of the best judges you can have.
I really hope he will be a RP server admin as that would be good for the server aswell as the community.

I have also never heard of this guy untill now, wich is pritty odd since he has over 200 posts.
But whilst I will not vote "Yes" to somone I do not know, I will also not vote "No" to him as it is unfair to vote against somone just because he has not been here long or his post count is low. Going by that I must be about the least trustworthy person here as in over 2 years I have a mere 482 posts at a rate of 0.5 per day.
On the other hand if you do want to just look at post counts and how long you have been here then Dab would be an admin as he is one of the oldest members of the Discovery community and has the highest post count. (though if Dab got admin his Ego might get as big as it used to be)
What I am trying to say is whilst being here a long time and posting alot is a good thing it does not automaticaly mean you will do a better job than a newer person.
So as I said I will not vote here due to lack of information on the person in question.

i knew vero on the Raw FL server, he was a great Judge and a fair person. he is the right man for the job
