Junker Congress - Tenacity - 08-30-2008 Quote:(four at last count) Only 3 now. The Congress, Union, and Guards party (which has yet to even post on the forums, and the leader seems to be struggling with it in-game). The bretonian alliance thingy never got off the ground as far as I can tell. Junker Congress - worldstrider - 08-30-2008 ' Wrote:Only 3 now. The bretonian alliance thingy never got off the ground as far as I can tell. That's why I haven't "hooked" other factions to this proposal. It is a lot of work to maintain and build them and there is no guarantee of success. Assuming we reach official status, we will have no problem helping new factions with clear structure and focus begin--official or unofficial so long as the role play is there. Junker Congress - worldstrider - 08-30-2008 Please feel free to visit and post here Medals to contribute submissions for medals and awards to be given by the Congress. I came to assess their potential & right now they don't have any. If anything Bretonia is a lonely place for a Junker, where the majority of Junker IFFs are really smugglers using our good name and none dock at Trafalgar. In short we have no need of a more established political structure at the moment. If anything Bretonia is a lonely place for a Junker, where the majority of Junker IFFs are really smugglers using our good name and none dock at Trafalgar. Bretonia is off the path for many factions so there are fewer players to interact with there--I think that's what isolates it so much. I just sent a request for permission to use our political structure to help do things to help areas like trafalgar but I will wait to hear from them before I publicly discuss it. When I get back today I'll pm you just keep it to yourself until I get an official answer. I have played a Junker ship there (a Waran bomber) but I am usually by myself. I might see five players pass through in two hours--and I do mean "pass through"--few hang about. It would be great if somehow the Bretonia area was the "hub" for interacting with the new French systems. Junker Congress - worldstrider - 09-04-2008 Our Wild campaign has begun and has gotten public notice.. We have added two new members, Linkero and kenshin. Taffic has accepted the post as Trafalgar Adjudicator. Green_hawk (Poor Pilots Association) has accepted the post as Yanagi Adjudicator. .:j:.Onieropolis has accepted the post as Kruezberg Adjudicator. Proposal amended with more detailed explanation of voting, election and non-Junker role play positions. Progress on web site which will include a forum and chat room: tinked.info Thanks for the participation and interest! Yes--I have been asked several times--we are open to new members, just ask. Junker Congress - farmerman - 09-04-2008 Good to see things are moving forward with new members and such. We're still looking for someone for Bornholm though it seems. Is Taffic a Junker then? Junker Congress - Taffic - 09-05-2008 ' Wrote:Is Taffic a Junker then?I was born a Junker & I'll die a Junker. I've worked all over Sirius, but I'm a true Bretonian and Trafalgar is my yard. Next time your at Kreuzberg mention my name to Lance Miller or Matt Simpson - there your fixers, I'm sure they'll have a few stories to tell. // But the real clues might be "From: Trafalgar Base" or the flashing signature  Junker Congress - farmerman - 09-05-2008 Well that does make a lot of sense. There was talk of appointing some non-Junkers as Adjudicators to help with diplomatic matters. Good to know there is a capable Junker handling things though! Junker Congress - Baltar - 09-05-2008 ' Wrote:Okay first off, you'll have exactly the same trouble with the pirate ID, as no ID states you can demand credits, it's always cargo. One thing here Del ... I don't remember any Rogue ever requesting permission to dock on any Junker base. And since I see Rogues in Junker bars all the time ... I don't see how there should be any problems. Not to mention that you gotta go through either Unioner, Junker or Lane Hacker space to get to Humboldt its best to at least be friends. .:j:.Banjaxed.Conry |
