For those of you who think that Corporations don't have better equipment then the military.. You are clearly no thinking. A lot of times you will find companies have something more advanced. In America a lot of military contracts are sent out to COMPANIES. They are the ones charged with making them. Sometimes these changes are incorporated into other things and so there is a more advanced ship the corporation has. However, they don't always field them.
Anyhoo. From what I understand the decision has been made and final testing is in progress. (Private Beta not public. still figure mid Nov. to early Dec. is when it will come out IMHO)

Middle November? I cant wait that long untill the new Zoner juggernaut model comes out and i can buy it...

Anywho, all civillian class ships should be regularly availible from every house.
