Wesley just rolls his eyes, mutters something about paranoia, and takes a sip of his beer.

Eva finally managed to get a breath in, having nearly turned blue due to Udo's fierce bear hug of fear.
"I... I... *gasp*... I don't think you have to worry about the Wild here, Udo," she said. "Wesley is good at exploding them, ja?"
"Maybe they were just right because you and Josef were friends before?" Eva asked. "Or that Ironwatsas person is working with them and put a tracking device in you? As to Nurse Olga, everyone knows about her and you, especially with Johann (she paused)... with Johann... gone."
She turned away from the others and joined Lorette in looking out at the Ostnebel.

Udo also looked quite sad at the mention of Johann. He stood up next to Eva and Lorette.
"Frau Eva... W... why is Johann gone? Who.... who killed him?" Udo asked, tearing up as he spoke.

Wesley himself took on a melancholy countenance. There were few men he truly respected, and Johann had been one of them. While seeming to remain aloof, his ears perked up to hear the conversation as he kept drinking his beer.

"I... I'm not entirely sure what happened to him," Eva said with a sad look on her face. "It's too bad though, he was a great leader, ja?"
"You seem to know lots of things, Wesley," she said. "Do you know what exactly happened?"

"Bounty Hunters," Wesley replied, hands opening and closing as if he'd like to have the necks of whoever did it in his grasp. "Shot his escape pod. Bunch of low-life scumbags."

Eva frowned at hearing this. "Do you know who it was specifically?" she asked. "Maybe we could bring them to justice? Was it the one who attacked me that one day near the Ostnebel?"

"Who attacked you? More than likely not, since there are a lot of Bounty Hunters about." Wesley seemed distracted now.

Helmut paces in to the largely deserted biergarten and takes a stool at the bar. He hated his ex-wife contacting him at the best of times, but during a raid on an important Synth Foods shipment was too much.
He ordered his second shot before the barman could even leave to serve someone else after delivering his first. Annoyed at being pulled away from his mission and leaving his comrades, and fearful for their safety, he waits in the hope that they will suddenly come through the doors together, all well and in excellent spirits.
