Reporting those players for 1.0. Even if you did it before, do it again right now. The admins will pay more attention to it.

I am sad to see this. Server gameplay getting harmed even more then it was already.
Excluding most indies by this will reduce the activity in Kusari (even though it was surprisingly rising) even more and I really don't want to see this.
In my opinion using this faction right was really the wrong decision, just do as @Antonio said already, keep reporting them for 1.0. It is the better way.
Anyway, good luck with getting rid off the issues you guys have. Let's hope for future interactions without the need of it being an official event.
