Im sorry... But you will have to get used to the fact that as a rogue character you WILL be targeted.

Thats why im never touching my rogue again, until the absurd faction activity is balanced, im just playing as a miner or freelancer and getting as much money as i can, anything else, fuck it, its not worth it.
