Well this is NOT an english or USA community, this is an international community with having english as the major language. Nothing special about it and noone even the staff need to be perfectly capable with it. By the way, even yours isn't perfect and often full of grammars and mistakes.

By the way @Sanctions ... No one is born walking , everyone pass through serial of phases in order to gain experience and grow up
If you think i am newbie then you are mistaken, i am an old member of this community .. but that's not really what i wanted to tell you .. I want to tell you that even newbies have opinions and it should be respected - The worst thing that can happen to anyone is to drop their rights of explaining and expressing themselves. I think that as long as the conversations, criticisim and feedbacks are civilized and respectable then the debate or argument or whatever you want to name it, will be healthy
