Thats absolutely impossible. Any 1st grade psychology student can tell u about it and prove it if u wish. Are you tellin me you always answer the truth on simplest question like "how are you?" ?. If y say "yes" then ur just pathologic liar

Studies show that children begin to lie when they are two years old, and by the age of four they are all capable of telling believable lies with the intention of avoiding getting into trouble.
So to live a life where you never tell a single intentional lie, you would need to unlearn behaviour that is as ingrained as talking and walking. Possible, perhaps, but incredibly difficult.
More to the point is why would you try to live a life of total honesty? There is a reason why pretty much every single human being on the planet lies from the age they can talk. That reason is that we are social animals, and lies enable us to live with other human beings more easily. Lies are, in effect, social lubrication - without them, we would grate against each other all the time.
Say your other half has spent the last two hours cooking you a meal, and proudly puts it before you and asks "Do you like it?". You try it and it's not to your taste. Do you practise total honesty and say so? Do you try to avoid answering the question? In this case silence or a change of subject would be just as clear a rejection as a true answer. No - if you want you want your evening to go well, you're going to say "Mmm, it's really tasty, you're spoiling me!"
When a close friend or family member gets an unflattering hairstyle, you could do your best to avoid mentioning it at all. But they will know that you don't like it by your silence. And maybe it would be best for them to know it doesn't suit them - but telling the truth could be harmful to your relationship in the long term, because sometimes people just aren't ready to hear the truth.
With discipline, we can all avoid lies that are harmful to others and lies told with the sole purpose of enhancing our standing in society, but I fail to see why we would wish to tell truths that are harmful to other people and our relationships with them.
