Buffalo isn't the port for Ranseurs and Stortas to go and hide from LNS.

I see why people would like to see Rochester NEMP'd but it would be a waste. Those no-RP OC Capitals would be contained for a few days, yes, until they decide to start from Beaumont or Alcatraz or Penny. The RP about the NEMP would be minimal, too. It would also hit the wrong people, as Rochester is Junkers, not Rogues/OC. That would be 800 Scientific Data wasted on nothing.

That is why I mentioned it. It would become one if Rochester was NEMP'd. I agree it would be silly to NEMP Rochester either way,

I see nice ideas in this thread. Such as outcast and corsair bases both NEMPd at once, or deploying NEMPs at the battlefield in Leeds, which makes sense. I'd like it in California the most, since it'd raise the activity of the rogues, hackers, xenos (hellfire legion) planetform and lawfuls. If the components to repair it were sold in Bretonia, GRN could partake in the event too.

I'm sure there is a better option though.

Badlands and Ranseurs aren't a good combination.
