Is that your justification for having Harmony participate? That they have had more fights than other factions? If that is the case....then lets just take the GRN off the list, cause they are never around.......unless there is an event of course.
Harmony is only there....because you want it to be there.....whether it makes logical inRP sense for them to be there or not seems to be besides the point.

But they also had a trade event + pvp specifically made with them in mind over the last month.
I personally don't see your reasoning why Privateers shouldn't participate, but BPA should. I mean what would BPA even be doing in Magellan or California? It's just a bit odd, you know?
It'd probably be annoying as hell to have to keep editing the IDs allowed in the event because of people constantly giving their opinion on it and asking for stuff but you should hardly be surprised they're raising some points here.
P.S. Also isn't the point of these events to give factions which were stagnating something to do?

When we are discussing "who can be there for what reason"... I'll ask: Why was AoI in California in such strength? Is there a pact between GRN-AoI that I missed during my absence? Bc there was quite visible cooperation (at least on a player-player level)

So what good would one more faction do against Gallia instead of one more against Liberty? Though not sure if adding Privateers would make much significant difference, I imagine them being as active as like Council, so with that effort they could just as well join with their 2-3 fighters.

The difference is, that it would give people who are trying to actively RP privateers a reason to log and play their characters and have something to build off of in terms of RP with BAF and BPA.... This still is a role play server.
It makes sense inRP for the Privateers to be there......it does not make sense for Harmony to be there shooting at Liberty targets. Now.....What would make sense...is, if the ZOI for Harmony and its bonus on kills....is ONLY in California. But having them extended out to the rest of the battleground is a bit much and far fetched in its logic.

I was noticing while mentally checking the code again that I might have messed up the implementation for cr. Then I hopped in here to notify people and realised that maybe I'll just go back to classic you apply you get what you applied for short term stuff.
I'll get rid of it tomorrow.
