I just arrived back from my assistence with the upgrade of Tortuga. It is now Core 2. I worked overtime alongside the Maltese vessels IRMM~BT.Milazzo and [XTF]-CC.D'light, but we got the work done. Those Gauls will find it alot more difficult to take it out now.

Good job in relaying their request to us, Sasaki. The assistence we gave was also very profitable. The crew of the Fuyuzora alone made a profit of 250 million. More than enough to fix the boo-boo on my transport. Be careful not to get a 'boo-boo' yourself.

A pirate in a Waran, equiped with two nova launchers and hellfire rocket pods seems to be wandering around the Taus. His name is Foxtrot-19. He might read as a freelancer, but this is only deceptive. Its a pirate.

"She seems unaffiliated to any of the major GC cells. This wouldn't be much of an issue, but she seems inexperienced and reckless, which could lead to her demise sooner or later. Also besides cardamine, she seems to be using other narcotics as she was halucinating part of the flight and talked about pink rhino. So when people encounter this person under the callsign Fallen Spring, know that she can be abit unpredictable."

I beg your pardon, Rin? Inexperienced? Me? You and me will have something to talk about or I might have to make more boo-boos not just on your transport!

It took you long enough to browse through the neural net to find that message. Did you look for anything mentioning your name or did you simply look for whatever I had posted recently?

You were indeed reckless and inexperienced. But maybe my good influence has improved you, Sasaki-san. Did it occur to you that you might have grown over time, little bonsai tree?

Pleeeaase, like you have never neural-netted your own name. I am not reckless, I just maintain a carefully reigned-in level of unpredictability.

And it seems that the only thing that grew is my patience with you. Considering that I hear whispers that I might have to run some bodyguard duty on you in the future, we will see just how your bonsai tree of patience has blossomed.

Another hyperspace breach test, initiated from Kyushu, had displaced me 200k from the star of Dublin, Bretonia. In the gold field I met a BMM miner, who filled up the cargo hold of the Ise Jingu with gold ore for the bargain price of 140,000 credits. I wasn't happy that I ended up all the way in Bretonia, but at least I returned to Kusari with valuable cargo.

On the way back, I encountered an IMG light fighter, likely a scout. He likely scanned my cargo in Tau-37. Hope he hated what he saw, since he didn't have the firepower to take it from me. I lost him in Tau-53.

Finally, the entire load of gold ore was sold to the Blood Dragons on Kyoto for a profit of roughly 11 million credits.

Konbanwa,
We could need some more black market munition and light arms.
I brought another shipload of Cardamine; nothing special happened during my trip.

Subject: Omicron Lost

Following the creation of a hyperspace breach, the Ise Jingu and the Hayabusa of Sasaki were transported to the very edge of Sirius. We arrived at Omicron Lost. Our first visit was to planet Moros. The Ise Jingu is not equiped to be a science vessel, so we could not get an accurate scan of the planet. The atmosphere seems to have a high concentration of argon.

The Secundus Outpost seems partially damaged and unstable. It is unknown what purpose it serves. Other than AI drone vessels, there weren't any signs of life surrounding it. The AI seem non hostile, but there was a large quantity of them. Sasaki described them as 'cute'.

The third object of note is a large rock. It seems almost large enough to be considdered a planetoid. Sasaki suggested to call it the 'Rin planetoid',
but it is likely that the rock will not be significant enough to be of any note in the future, other than being a good landmark.

But now comes the interesting part. We ended up in a swarm of hostile alien entities, which were no match for us. We destroyed a bunch of them and brought back their remains for study.

Ship log of the Ise Jingu:

Obtained Materials (succesfully brought to Kinkaku-ji)
  • 22 Nomad fighter remains
  • 24 nomad missile type III
  • 8 nomad mines
  • 35 nomad countermeasure ammo

I would like to issue a correction. The large asteroid was charted as Old Fart Rin which the logs clearly prove. Rigid and mildly boring, the OFR would prove ideal for base-building should the Sisterhood ever feel like expanding to the Omicrons.

I am supplying some visual documentation from my shipcamera.

Old Fart Rin, huh? Are your sure, you didn't prefer the name 'purple rhino'?

First of all, I am not old. Secondly, you are under my charge. I will not have you try and insult me behind my back. What happens to bonsai trees that try to grow above their stature? They get pruned ne?

Regarding the observations in Lost. It seems interesting. If Sasaki took pictures of the rock, instead of making jokes, she would have actually been useful. Now we have to go on the descriptions. Also the photo of the drone is taken too far away. Yume clearly stated Sasaki should've made one up close. Also she seems to have a strange habit of taking pictures from the rear of ships, where literally nothing is visible besides a large trail of fusion engine fire. This is literally all that is visible of the Ise Jingu. The rest of the ship is only vaguely visible by the obscuration of the stars behind it.

Excuse me. As the Zen Buddhists say: Watch the stones grow. So I am going to sit among the rocks. To which Sasaki's observation, I will most likely be at ease.
