RE: [Official Event] - Die Walküre - Claussen - 04-06-2020 Imperials, please PM me if you would like a link to the Imperial defence discord. RE: [Official Event] - Die Walküre - Enkidu - 04-06-2020 Current experience is that Imperials are being mobbed by federals. Please allow RFP to participate. RE: [Official Event] - Die Walküre - Lythrilux - 04-06-2020 The trend seems to be that when the outcome is fixed on one side's advantage, people swarm to the other side. There are also some other factors involved I'd wager. I'm not really surprised Imperials are outnumbered here. RE: [Official Event] - Die Walküre - Ramke - 04-06-2020 RFP has been added to the Imperial side. RE: [Official Event] - Die Walküre - Enkidu - 04-06-2020 Thanks. From experience, when an event is decided by in-game stuff, the one-side stacking is even worse, as people want a favorable result for their favored side. Not an exact science, but both fixed and results based events have downsides, and we have not cracked the code. Small nitpick but, could this be reflected on the main side to show whose side who is on? Well, I think it's better when events are trade-based, and the PvP that arises occurs naturally from trade blockades/interception/interdiction/piracy. At least in my experience sides are much more balanced that way. Things also mothball a lot more when one side has the clear majority, as people who want to get money for shooting things will stick to the side where it's safest. I'm also in favour of delivery events where carrying the nominated cargo makes you a combat target, and there are autobounty rewards for killing participating transports. RE: [Official Event] - Die Walküre - Enkidu - 04-06-2020 Currently a lot of people out-and-out breaking the server rules in this event. Sandwich rule, people. Don't shoot dead snubs. |
