When I said at 17:00 UTC the teams are there, it means, teams will be there.
Maximum delay shall be of 15 minutes or we will be legally allowed to start pewpew'in eachother.
In those 15 minutes I will discuss with the opposing side on the spot anything else that needs to be done, or adjustments for a fair fight.
For short if you come past 17:15 you wont be allowed to join. Balance will be pre-discussed.

Please leave your thoughts on this event and as well what should be in part 2, ranging from tiny slot adjustments to time/date changes and other stuff.

I'm a little late but thanks for setting this up @"Tiger". It was a great way to kick off the new storyline. Hopefully next time I can set up my hotkeys successfully and last more than 30 seconds into the fight.
