However, due to recently resurfaced concerns regarding installations not operated directly by the Keiretsu - including a case requiring the attention of Criminal Affairs - this matter is outside of the License Directory Office's hands and needs to be addressed with the Ministry of Economy directly. However, the Ministry is convinced that such bureaucratic processes should not have negative affects on Keiretsu subsidiaries and a few calls resulted in an immediate greenlighting of your project with a disregard to any monetary fees. Upon direct request of the Ministry of Agriculture, we forward merely two conditions to Wren Aerospace Technologies:

• All workers for the Hydroponics Facility are to be drafted from areas on Planet Kyushu hit the hardest during the flooding a few years ago.
