Just remove the horribly annoying NPCs from all places but hotspots (Planets, Stations, ...). They don't really contribute to people's fun anyways, no? Disco is meant to be a RP-PvP place, not a PvE one.
I'd say, as long as the NPCs stay, leave Omicron Lost alone (or maybe add some stuff, like wrecks etc, but no NPCs). An empty, free-from-annoyance system certainly is quite useful, and considering how powerful the Border/Edge World NPCs are I fully sympathize with Order and BHG here.

I think Omicron lost should be deleted- or at leasthave all jumphole connections to it severed.
Why?
1] Its a terrible name, completly oorp in my view
2] Its like a half clone of sigma 17. Thats were freeport 7 was not 'omicron lost'.

That's what I wanted to say, maybe when nomads attacked FP7 they took parts of it and transfered them to omicron lost, so maybe there should be a base with a mixture of FP7 and a nomad base?

What's wrong with the Nomads in Sigma-17? Nomads have been known to destroy anything they see as a threat, even in areas where they don't operate. Remember all the Nomad Interceptors in Alaska and New York?
Of course, to justfy the Nomad ships being there, I have brought up the idea of an Omicron Minor<->Sigma-17 Jump Hole, but now that I think about it, it's not really necessary.

Not anymore. I think they were removed in this version. Of course, the RP explanation is that the Liberty Navy pushed them out.
If you really want, we can ask the developers to add an Omicron Minor<->Sigma-17 Jump Hole and put Nomad patrols around it.

The nomads that destroyed Freeport 7 were three cloaks Nomad fighters.
In other words, the Nomads can hit just about anyplace they want to thanks to their cloaking tech.
