Good point. I agree. First, though, we would have to figure out what faction we align to. I'll reseach this more.
To Commander Demo,
Yes, IMG is Independant, just like us. However, they're system's too remote, but I'll reseach further.
In the mean time, I believe we need a new Rank in the High Command. Two people aren't enough to make all the importent decisions in the clan. My idea for the name of this rank is: Army Leader. We would have one Army Leader for every two squads. We would also add an extra Wing Leader whenever a Squad gets over 5 Members. For the Army Leaders, they would have to be outstanding in Respect, Dedication, and Skill, as well as all those other traits needed for leaders. If you accept this idea, this would be the Chain of Command:

creating even more ranks that will only drain up the somewhat "limited" supply of regular members that we do have. I believe that we should simplify the ranking system so that we have less CO's and NCO's and more members, just untill we can fill up the ranks of regular members.
Perhaps only two squads with their commanders, forget the lieutenants, then the captain and commander.
I was in the Royal Canadian Air Cadets for 4 years, and the officers did the same thing with our squadron untill we accumulated enough members. Don't really want to relieve people of their command here, but it is just an opinion not as a low ranking recruit, but as a member of this clan.

to All Mercenary Forces.
Good thinking Hybrid. To everyone else, Hybrid made a good point. I think we should move all our normal members into two squads. Because we only have 3 members (Members, not command), we need to recruit. I am hereby merging all squads into two, the Red Squad and the Yellow Squad. If anyone objects, speak now. We will recreate squads as we gain members. Up to 10 members per squad, and 1 wing leader per 5 members. Whenever we have two squads with 3 wing leaders between them, promotion to Lieutenant will become avalible. Please comment on our new Ranking Tree, which only needs Commander Demo's approval to beomce official:
