Sure. Unlike many of the otehr clans, Puerto Rico is gonna be open to ALL pirates. Not just Junker Tagged ones. The junkers would want it tehre for people to ship stuff to them and to buy their half-legal goods you know.

Deathwish is a zoner, and soon to have a corsair tag, so hehe. my liberty GB is order tagged so thats semi okay, and infact... I have no police or military chars around!
