Bounties are just that.. bounties.
They're a "free for all".. you can't claim it and say "It's mine.. i'll kill anyone in my way". That takes a lot of the fun and competition out of the whole thing. Plus it seems to me a bit childish to do so.
Besides, If you want to claim a bounty.. For god's sake, hunt the bounty down! THEN claim it, not the other way around.

I didn't claim it i said i really wanted it and if anyone tried to get in the way ill kill them. SDF was hunting him so i pushed them off, if they want to start a war for that then go ahead.
