"faction not yet determined" - well, at first, i thought of a nice and fast rather civilian ship. it has the looks of it - goes very much for looks rather than functionality ( well, compared to those uglies from the house militaries ). it has a very certain attractiveness - but now you skinned it with something rusty!
if it has that used and wartorn look upon it - i d say it must be either a junker ship ( but the design is too well designed to fit into that faction ) or some borderworld design. zoners would fit, but they don t really need a ship, cause they have all sorts of eagles - ...
haven t the corsairs asked for a fighter design? - it doesn t shout "corsair" - but it actually shouts no faction at all - but liberty ( the cockpits hexagon shape [defender/anubis] might fit in - aswell as the very sophisticated look ) - but for liberty, it would need a much more shiny and "brand new" appearence.
maybe a xeno ship - they are close enough to liberty, can only use fighters - and are poor enough to repaint their ships? ( + they don t have any design they call their own ........ well, due to the lack of a shipyard, of course )
the colour says "blood dragon" or bretonia - but the first ones don t need anything, since they just got a whole new fleet of ships - and the bretonians - well, its not really a bretonian look - allthough, technology makes advances - and so might the bretonian designs - maybe they realized that their fishlike ships are both, ugly and slow?

Probably an IMG fighter made from the remnants of Kusari and Bretonia Fighter wrecks in Tau 31.

Since the falcata was just for the outcasts, how bout make it a generic borderworlds bomber? It could be lighter, faster version with less firepower.

Uh, As for a faction, I think most of you fail to realize it's named after a blood dragon. I think it should go unlawful outcast ally-ish and if all else fails possibly a civilian ship I guess. Actually now I think it'd make a pretty good Blood Dragon LF MKII

The Blood Dragon already is something between VHF and HF.....
I know the name but....
It looks Lane Hackers to me..... or Coalition.. but Xing is making a whole different line for them.

I have given some thought to it honestly, I ahd the concept that this was originaly an IMG design that had been pilfered by the blood dragons for their personal needs. Now this can be either scrapped or embelished as neccesary. Whatever the case we can figure something out, I'm sure.

It doesn't look Blood Dragon to me, really.
I'd go for for GMG, since they don't have their own ships, in spite of having been involved in an 80 year long war, which they won. That doesn't scream 'civilian ships' to me for their line.
The design is Hackerish too, I guess.
However, with both of these, a colour change could do. For some reason I don't see Hackers flying red ships.

since everyone likes to have it as a ship, make it a civilian ship - unless the intention of everyone here is to get it exclusivly to their faction ( ... )
civilian in terms of - trader faction, ageira, cryer, samura, etc. - a generic escort ship for their convois. but the skin needs a polishing up then. you can also make it a perfect freelancer ship, who are currently use border world designs.
also works to give it to the Wild, which mainly use wrath at the moment, but they are more active again ( omega-58 ) and may very well be able to make their own designs ( remember the HUGE shipyards in the SP where multiple nomad battleships were manufactured ), now that they are confronted with the new situation and a lost war, but with strong bonds to their nomad masters again )
the design doesn t look like any faction, and the wild are a gabled bunch of every faction, pirates etc. - whatever was infested... they might not have a feeling for design, but they certainly have a feeling for whats needed. if that one becomes a bomber, they could need it, cause they only have VHFs.
