Right, Order and Corsairs are no longer allies although ID's say that, we stoped treating each other like that long time ago. Mostly due to Order taking different ways with their Diplomacy and Corsairs not being fan of it. There has been few other reasons aswell, but it's a long story.
Shorty, Corsairs Council of Elders does not tolerate Order capital ships in Gamma, same goes with Corsair capitals in Omicron Minor, Order High Command does not want them in there. Most of the time we ask for explanation for Corsair capital presence in Minor, and ask peacefully to leave Minor, more drastic measures like opening fire are the last option, and it happened only once so far. I remember few times Corsair cruiser helping us in fight against Core, where after fight he was allowed to stay.
So generaly speaking Order/Corsair relations are neutral.

And the other corsairs should be able to forgive you for your bad RP/lolwut behaviour in the past if you change your attitude fast. Banning the cap-ships is really good start. The second should be to know how many members do you have and who are they. The third is to make sure if they know the rules(0.0 too ganking etc) and english too.
We have some ideas about this, maybe as support for some clan... we are talking about this matter every day, but we dont get a conclusion yet...
In this moment, we have disabled many capitals, and we are doing the same with the others asap.

You have to be willing to change the way you play the game itself to be accepted and taken seriously here, We know You as the Lolcap spamming raiders that have no idea what they're doing.
Fix that and We will take you seriously and we will accept you as a serious part of the community.

Currently, we are disabling all Caps, except 3 of them, one for flagship, armed like an anticaps, other 2 for support, of course they are inmovilized in hangars now, we will use that only if necesary. This Capitals must be fly only under high command orders.
about our activity areas, we will take your suggestions too. I think Omega 50 is a good place for us, or Delta too.

I think that numerous other players here need to take note of how well and forthcoming Cienfuegos has been about criticism. Take note and follow by example.

While I admit that my limited contact with the HAF hasn't been pleasant, I have to commend you for taking criticism so well. Personally, I suggest doing a Roll Call, getting rid of the in-actives, emphasizing Roleplay and Snubcraft Combat, and limiting the Capital ship usage. I understand that most players in the HAF don't speak English as a first language, but encourage them to -TRY- rather then be silent. While there's a very low chance of the HAF becoming official (due to server rules), there's potential for them to become a respected unofficial group. Best of luck to you.

Second, I'd like to point something out about the HAF that I think many other members of this community do not get.
I've found in my many experiences in Gamma as a Corsair indy flying about, that some of the nicest players in Corsair space have been the HAF. I acknowledge, and I feel that Cienfuegos and much of the HAF leadership acknowledge that not all members of the HAF are the best RPers, not all of them are the best English-speakers, and not all of them understand the way Disco works.
But I think that I would also like to acknowledge that I've never encountered a HAF who was plain mean. In fact, I might go as far as to say that I've never encountered one. While OORP and emoticons may dot some of their attempts to communicate, while there is a capspam issue, and while they might not "listen" to your orders, these are men(and hopefully, some women[real women, that is]) who are simply playing the gaming and trying to have fun the only way the know how to have fun.
Truth be told, at one point, I belonged to a cadre of people in the community who believed that we had the right to tell people like that to shove it and get off the server. And honestly, I regret every minute of that miserable existence.
Sure, even through this, you might not get official status, but I can't think of one time an official corsair faction member decided to undock with a Dreadnought and fly 40k to my position because I took a 195k mission on my Titan against 3 BHG destroyers. Why? I'm going to judge and assume here, but probably because the other people in Gamma thought, "Oh hey, look, indy Titan asking for help in //ooc. Let him rot, I'm too busy sitting here and being high n' mighty to do anything to help." But a member of the HAF did, and just helped me out. For no reason other than the fact that I asked for it.
I'm not here to bash any official factions - I'm a member of the TBH myself. But I feel that in all the RP nonsense that we've devised for Discovery, we've forgotten our roots. When I first got here, an //ooc slip here and there was looked past. An occasional emoticon ignored.
Why? Because everyone knew that everyone else was just here to have a good time.

Im just doing a new rule inside the HAF, we will implement Caps's absolute restriction, only we will have 3 of them and using accordingly the corsair laws.

For no reason other than the fact that I asked for it.any benitez member will answer a call for help. The sails are rarely in gamma, as they are doing wonderful things in the sigmas. Due to timezones, i rarely see anyone but Werss from TBH, but if im on my beni char, i'll gladly do some missions with ya. Getting missions from the npcs in the bar has a higher risk of capspam for low reward than picking them off the list.
Suggest that HAF either merge into TBH, as the navy they are more aligned with the Militaristic TBH than the diplomatic/trader/smuggler/sneaky mofo Benitez or the Aggressive expansive acquisitive Sails.
If the HAF want to remain independant, become Bomber defense force. Have a FEW caps to act as the cheese in the trap, and let the bombers pound MSN ships into the ground.
here's an idea - Invade Eta. Become the first line of defense. That would be awesome - if i undock in my titan to meet a MSN swarm, is not so fun. Eta would be an excellent place - and you'd be able to call on peeps to back you up, or failing that arrange a second layer of defense in theta (supposing the Omicroners have taken their ritalin that is). Being the officially recognised unofficial faction would give you the best of both worlds: sure you can't recruit on the forums, but we can nudge any indy with a cap-fetish to make an alt char in the HAF, and you'd get members who understood the limitations of capital ships.
in my experience, these make the best bomber pilots.
