1) You got the numbers wrong imo (IMG: 2 fighters, 1 light bomber vs: 2 bombers 1 Gb)
2) That's not "piling". If your guys had not insta-suicided and insta-ran, this could have been a fight that is actually in your favour. Not my problem that JM doesn't give fights that could be close.
3) JM diplo with Council is something I do neither know nor care for.
4) Fighting sometimes ends in not winning.
There was no mistake on the IMG| side.

What does that even mean? What do you mean by insta-suicided? When we tried to run we get IMG| CD'ding us. We were already engaged by two battleships, with neither of us being outfitted to take on snubs. Making a quick evac would be our only option.

Fact: This was a harmless interaction with no mistake on IMG| side.

The interaction was somewhat harmless, I'm just disappointed in the execution that lead to it. I would've been fine if IMG let us deal with the Council battleships first before a proper interaction began, but oh well.

Whilst at first I decided to pander to Jack's 'holier-than-thou' "we need to do some RP regarding Planet Nauru!" attitude, I had my doubts as it seemed to be coming from completely out of the blue. Lo and behold this appears. Of course Jack was only using that as a thinly veiled facade to power IMG| into things somehow.
What's next? The Zoners suddenly offer the IMG the secret of Iridium mining? I know for sure that this certainly isn't the first of IMG's - or Jack's for that matter - ruthlessly slimy attempt to force themselves into Delta.
If not for me wanting to allow Jayce the oppertunity for character development I would've have just stamped that RP with a flat out no like my HC originally suggested. It seems like I should have followed their advice, as well as my initial suspicions.
In fact that is what I'm going to be doing. I'm going to ignore that roleplay, and tell my members/faction to stick out of it. You've done an awfully good job of presenting an underhanded scheme as some sort of godsend for the community, and have successfully manipulated two of my members into getting involved in the process. Well no more, I say.
