I apologize for the delay to your transmission, but the Polizei Oberkommando hesitated to process your request.

After some long discussion, it has been agreed upon, that your Barge registration is hereby denied within Rheinland controlled space.
First of all, you did not describe what ores your vessel will transport within Rheinland. Moreover, there is still that past issue where you as the administrator of this so called freeport in Omega-15 denied Daumann ships docking access while granting this to the Red Hessians. This is something Rheinland cannot accept.

We had this said vessel acuired. After a long road to fix its papers and all what came along, we now are at the point to registrate this vessel fur zhe Rheinland. I took the time to fill out the form, but I doubt there would be any problems with this said registration.

Quote:§1.1. Any captain, who want to register his Barge, has to answer the following points truthfully:
  • §1.1.1. Callsign of the ships
    Kruger|Mannheim & Kruger|Hildesheim
  • §1.1.2. Name of the Captain
    John James Astor (Mannheim) & Helene Schmidt (Hildesheim)
  • §1.1.3. Ship papers/Affiliation
    Kruger
  • §1.1.4. Intention in Rheinland
    Ship will be used as a ore storage or massive transporter to import and export supplies from rheinland.
  • §1.1.5. Cargo, which would be transported
    This will vary from plain goods to precious ores mined by the Kruger and/or other rheinland coorporations.
  • §1.1.6. Origin of the cargo
    Basically whole rheinland. Ores will be mostly mined from within omega 7.
  • §1.1.7. Destination of the trade
    Also dependable on the type of cargo at that point. This can vary from within Rheinland itself to even other houses like Kusari, Bretonia or Gallia.

Coming to your registration for the two Barges, the Rheinland Federal Polizei will need ein exact list of what goods you want to transport with the said Barges.

Guten Tag herr Heinrichts,

Both vessels would transport ores, materials for base construction and will act as a storage for zhe rheinland. We expect it will be used for 80% as a storage for our mining operations. The remaining might be needed materials for zhe construction of a possible base or supplying one of our existing bases within zhe rheinland. Zhe ores which might be hauled will be the following:

- Cobalt ore (main operations)
- Silver ore (main operations)
- Copper ore
- Alluminium ore
- Uncut Diamonds
- Helium 3
- Platinum Ore
- Gold ore
- Raw Hydrocarbons
- Beryllium ore

I hope zhis will answers your questions and it will be sufficient for zhe approval of the said vessels within zhe Rheinland. Zhe main operations are noted. Others will depend on the contracts with zhe Daumann for instance.
