Yep, I'd be careful. If you do not field the most feared pvp-whores of in your faction, you will not be "reinvited" by those you betrayed. There have been efforts across the community to not just "forgive and forget", as you can see with different pirate factions/individuals who would love to undo the past, but who do not get back easily. Also tech deals these times have oorp strings attached, and after recent tech-problems I would not count on getting anything.
So... I agree with the last post: It may not be such a good idea (except if you want to go for the standard "pirate/pew them" unlawful rp. But then you can go by Pirate ID, it doesn't have to be UC then. When I scanned the forums last time, I saw your faction moving towards multiple FR5s, something that may not be a good idea.

I don't see what you're complaining about (and fyi I'm not in LaBrise). Long RP is done before a fight, when the fight has started, you drop a two liner and move in if people are okay with it.
This engagement is perfectly valid.

I was sitting next to it. It was a fight Cruiser vs GB (Jonathan was the GB). There's more than enough time to do propper RP, not that attacking the GB which was fighting against the cruiser would have been necessary anyways.

I don't see an issue in any of this, and therefore will not act on it, and in fact will claim it to be more than satisfying under the circumstances. It's also to be expected when conflict is rising between two factions. The mollies would've done the same to us, and we'd have had some gay old time.
