Liberty is Space America

You should of came up with that one during the trial, when we questioned the matter Alvin. Doesn't serve much use to me now.

It was.

I was taking a break when all this happened so I'm not sure on the details, yet I'd rather like to think it's the CR's fault for even giving a damn about a court in LIBERTY.

The CR is a nation, they are not bound by other house's laws.

By this you could guess what CR's answer will be to a 3 billion fine. Kinda odd that that's pretty much the number we have on our bank accounts.

Could be a coincidence too though.

Either way, useless thread. Well, not really considering it's for general sirius, yet useless if it's about CR. What are you people expecting ? 3 billion? Joke's on you.

We've been flying in Liberty for a -year- and haven't been pestered by the [LN], =LSF= or even LPI-. Not to mention we even got assistance from the navy while fighting off pirates from our convoys. Why are -you- bringing it up now?

Hmm?

Think about it.

You enter Liberty. Therefore you are under their laws.

No, we were told we were supposed to -find- the laws, as in some sort of Libertonian puzzle, or a riddle. Or maybe a labyrinth I guess.

And that's what they seem to forget.

They mention that the LPI-, [LN], and =LSF= haven't bothered them anytime til now, what they fail to account for is that...

the LPI, [LN] and =LSF= don't act, or do act a certain way, only when the government issues an order for them to do so.

Thing is, empires and nations with several planets works differently than a single planet. Example, if a russian SU 47 was flying over US airspace without proper authorization -and that sort of authorization probably comes down from the senate or USAF high command-. It would probably be shot down..

You want common sense, there it is.

We should have been shot down, we weren't. So that means two things, either the Liberty Gov or [LN] command gave us the permission.

Or, perhaps Sirius works different ?

Oh right, IT DOES. (Or at least is supposed to)
