It'd be extraordinarily laaaaaaame if they didn't, Cam. It's a relatively minor investment, but having to rebuild it every 24 hours would be absurd.

As Ursus said, the turret steering still seems to be bugged.
Corsair NPCs in O49 are weaker but are still beating the crap out of Zoner NPCs. Zoner NPCs are leaving behind large clouds of bots and bats.
When I click on them, my "Carrier bay" and "Equipment type 1" slots say "THis is a fighter/heavy fighter shield hard point".
