Sammarans had not enough meetings with Reapers to make up their stance for them. Simmiliar the other way, Sammarans are unknown to us, Reapers. It is a big possibility it can turn hostile through it remains to be seen.

Very good explanation, as it was said before, what you see in our Reputation list is how we do see people, what will be in future with etc, Reapers, depends on ingame acts and roleplay.
