We can do many things, Kress. I think you'll find, if you look, that we could operate exactly as I described, and that nothing is keeping us from it but ourselves. It is of course not how we do it here, Kress, but if someone proposes ignoring us and our guidelines, and walking over us, when push comes to shove, the factions are bigger than a rogue indie or a forum troll. I will try to find Xoria's post for reference.
You might want to take a look at my guide though, if you need a good reference for what should be done before coming up with proposals. If the so called populace insist on ignoring our guidelines, then thats their problem. The things they propose will most likely be turned down or ignored due to their lack of interest against the standing factions, groups and the structure here. What we need to do is to show them the right path first off. Walking over someone or a group of people is out of question.

And that's actually the problem. The "walking over" instead of encouraging, teaching and working with. The worst part is having the attitude that you're entitled to walk over.
Fix that and everything else will follow.

I will thank all of you to cease and desist references to my opinions as support for your own. That is illogical reasoning. Either make your case on the strengths of the arguments that you can construct yourself, or go debate in the minor leagues. Exaggerating my points in order to bolster your own is worthless at best, and reprehensible at worst.
Oh, and after over 400 posts in several threads, the only result is more unhappy people than we started out the week with. Stop arguing about the way other people play the game, and go play it yourselves.

It's awfully hard to do so when every time I open the portal there are three threads wherein the faction I lead is being attacked by obstinate idiots who have refused to see any and all logic...on that note I'd like to request an official color-text Admin ruling about the issue on what factions can (anything they want) and cannot do (F1 and underage drinking).

Right... I spend the majority of my ingame time on my Angel character. Because I enjoy helping poeople, simple as that.
When I first started helping, I tried to point people in the right direction, let them know if they were doing something bad, help them get the hang of RP.
There is only so much you can say. I now have to stay away from 95% of any form of rule lawyering and enforcement, because all that will happen is I will get ignored, or abused, or complained at, or complained about.
I genuinely want to help people get it right, but I cannot force anyone to do anything, and I would be loathe to even if I could.
I dont give a **** about this discussion, honestly. I just think, regardless of what we do, or don't do, we need to ENCOURAGE, EVERYONE, to take our opinions, our anger, our rule lawyering, our bull***, and turn it into role play.
Don't like someones style? Write about it in character, or confront them ingame.
Don't like the way the factions restrict Capital vessels? Write RP notice in the bar on Ibiza about how you will hold a rally against it, or boycot it.
Got Ideas to spread? spread them ingame, with your character.
Stop this mindless arguing, it really holds no meaning here anymore.
