RE: Bretonian Office of Jumpdrive and Hyperspace Scanning Registry and Reporting - Bretonia Police Authority - 03-17-2014

Good day Mr Michael Trenton,

Thank you for quick response. Once again we apologise for taking so long in getting to this point.

I have noticed that your request doesn't include permission for Hyperspace Scanning. Was this an oversight?

Once payment has been received we will process this request with the highest priority.

I would point you to the following link to the requirements of this Licence:

We do hope that this meets with all your requirements.

Miss. Jess Doe,

Having received your communication, we have processed it immediately and DSE has now been added to the Database.

I would point you to the following link to the requirements of this Licence:

We would also like to point out that, since the Leeds System has become overrun by the Gallics, BPA or BAF cannot guarantee your Employees safety whilst operating in that System.

RE: Bretonian Office of Jumpdrive and Hyperspace Scanning Registry and Reporting - Bretonia Police Authority - 04-05-2014

Republican Shipping,

Thank you for supplying the information required.

Having read you request we have come across some information, contained within it, that has been cross referenced with a report that appeared on our Consoles the other day.

Your request includes the request for ‘Rabbit’ to be included as your Hyperspace Survey Ship.

We had been informed that the Zoner Carrier ‘Rabbit’ and the Zoner Whale Deep Space Transport ‘Free Ship’ were ‘seen’ in Dublin. ‘Rabbit’ was carrying a Hyperspace Survey Module Mk II and was carrying 999 Mox and ‘Free Ship’ was carrying 1848 Mox when discovered.

Under Bretonian Law these two (2) have outstanding Fines. These Fines are due to them breaking the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law, Chapter 3 (Restricted Items), Sub-Section 3.3 (Goods Classified as Partially Restricted, Requiring Licences), Chapter 4 (Crimes and Illegal Conduct), Sub-Sections 4.7 (Foreign Warships) and 4.9 (Unregistered Hyperspace Coordinate Scanning).

3.3 - Goods Classified as Partially Restricted, Requiring Licences – MOX – Fine is equal to 1,000,000 Credits Per 1000 Cargo Units.

4.7 - Foreign warships are banned from Bretonian borders, without prior permission of the Bretonian Government or War Cabinet. Capital ships may also be escorted through Bretonian-claimed space by a ranking officer of the BPA) or BAF|.

Vessels acting in contravention of this order will face a minimum fine of 5,000,000 credits and immediate expulsion from Bretonian borders. Warships are classified as cruisers/destroyers and larger.

4.9 - The unregistered use of Hyperspace Scanners, inviting the entrance of foreign capital vessels into Bretonia, is prohibited.
Any capital vessel with an unregistered Scanning device will be fined an additional 10,000,000 credits.

Any other vessel supplying a jump or scanner ship with fuel before, during or after jumping/scanning will be fined 5,000,000 credits.

We have included a link to Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law and Bretonian Restricted Goods Licences for you perusal.

So we have worked these Fines out to:
‘Rabbit’ – Outstanding Fines of 16 Million Credits.
‘Free Ship’ – Outstanding Fines of 7 Million Credits.

Before we start processing your request for a Jump Licence, we respectfully request the payment of these Outstanding Fines totalling 23 Million Credits, 250 Million Credits for the Registering of your Jump Ship and 50 Million Credits for the Registering of your Hyperspace Survey Ship.

These payments can be sent to BPA)Anvil or BPA)Schiehallion[CCD].

Please attach prove of Transactions with you reply.

We also require the Group Name of the Zoner Ships jumping with you if different from your Group Name for our records.

Do feel free to contact us at any time if you require any further information.

RE: Bretonian Office of Jumpdrive and Hyperspace Scanning Registry and Reporting - Edward Teach - 04-05-2014

I'm sorry BPA, But as far as i know Free.Ship payed fine for Carrier "Rabbit" and for himself to 1 of BAF forces. Fine was 18.000.000 Credits. I will send 300.000.000 to one of those ships. But if you still want fine tell me, Rabbit will pay you 23.000.000 Credits. I Think that's not a problem. And if Carrier had 999 MOX onboard it means he didn't scanned any of your systems.

RE: Bretonian Office of Jumpdrive and Hyperspace Scanning Registry and Reporting - Bretonia Police Authority - 04-06-2014

Republican Shipping,

We have no record of any payments being sent to any BAF Ships.

Once we have received the Outstanding Fines and the required Payments for the Registration, we can process your request. Please attach proof of said transactions.

We also require the Group Name of the Zoner Ships jumping with you if different from your Group Name for our records.
