I don't plan on taking anything up with the admins. I just plan on entering Alaska at will.

There is no need to add fuel to the fire! If you have a reason in your RP to enter Alaska then do so, and stick to your story. Don't just go there because you can, and to piss off other Liberty Security Force members.

If you are not Liberty Security Force yes you do maybe navy and NA but i think that is a Player faction law im not sure..

It's more or less stated in the canon that Zone 21 is restricted to all but the highest Navy/LSF.
