Final answer for this story.
Since the Whole Power game thing have been removed : Akka the hello I take a whole deck.
And Since it's freeport, that also mean that everbody can have office in there. With station or Zoner agreement.
Since Zoner have still full-power about it. The office thing will be kept.
Moreover even with a really bad start, after 4h we finally get somewhere without a whole mess.
This is an office no more no less. I rented lab's in Ames and never got prob. This is not lab this time.
Just an office that I rent to rp the paper work. Even with or without it. It's a freeport and everybody with no hostile intention is ok.

Just a quick reply to this from me, since yeah, it's pretty black and white.
Since the newest update to .86, there are now Coalition indies, whose cap ships, also use the CPW- designation, CPW is Coalition People's Warship, the same as how indie Rheinland caps use RNC- and indie Liberty caps use LNS-.
If it didn't have SCRA| in front of it, it wasn't an official faction ship. That's all.

i dunno, 3 scra ships and 2 cpws flying to gether, not my problem to know who is who.
if scra is so "elite", then why aren't they policing what is being said in their presence?
So, i can make a char CPW_Russki and be an indie? I thought i was kind of against the rules. Weird.
Also, as far as i know, it is impossible to get SCRA rep and buy SCRA ships. So....why are you telling me they are indies? Come on now, don't take me for a fool.
