Guten Tag,

Today's patrol was performed under Inspekteurin Kara von Thielau's supervision, starting from Battleship Karlsruhe, in Stuttgart system. Right after undocking, I noticed a Republican Shipping Colossus called RTS-Lothringen about 1,5 K away from my position and successfully scanned 5,000 boxes of counterfeit software inside its hold. The pilot, identifying himself as "Adolf", claimed that said contraband was seized by a secondary fleet Rheinwehr officer using "Mjölnir" callsign, of whom we could find no evidence in our records. Frau von Thielau then asked the pilot to undergo an alcohol test. As the suspect was not able to fly straight and confessed having drunk more than he should have, we made him drop his cargo and pay a fine. 4,200 boxes were brought to Stuttgart for research purposes, while I destroyed remaining 800 in situ.

We then moved to inspect Cologne system, where a lot of pirate activity has been reported lately. No hostile presence appeared on our radars between Tholey and Zurich jumphole. However, we encountered Erwin Mannlicher, DHC Betriebsleiter himself (hence the high encryption level), hauling strategic goods in his own Colossus. We then escorted Herrn Mannlicher to Sigma-15 Gate Construction Site, Frankfurt, his intended destination. I am happy to inform you than absolutely no troubles have occurred during our journey, which ended at Raubling, where Herr Mannlicher docked safe and sound.

For future reference, I suggest we keep the RTS-Lothringen under strict surveilance, as the pilot seems to run a side shady business of his own. Of course, we have no further evidence yet, but I recommand paying special attention to this matter and checking if he has no contacts with any criminal or terrorist organisations.

I also deem as a good idea to intensify our patrols in Cologne, in as much as our presence was really appreciated in that area. We don't want pirates, terrorists or any hostile organisations to capture sensitive goods or data – let alone company CEOs.

That's all for now.

Hochachtungsvoll,

Guten Tag Fraulein.

Today I received an emergency call from a fellow officer in the field, filthy Coalition and Hessian forces breached into our borders and started attacking innocent and government targets alike. I quickly launched and met up with Kadett Zita Karlsohn at Wildau station. Mere moments later the Red alliance arrived, spouting their usual belligerent complaints und we engaged. Vhe were outnumbered by one, but fortunately at the start of the battle military personnel and a Freelancer arrived and assisted us in dispatching the criminal forces. Vhe have taken the criminals in and brought the pilots into custody. Additionally, it seems the criminals had captured some high ranking people on board, vhe have taken zhem to New Berlin for debriefing as well as victim care. Attached you will find several guncam shots to verify zhe story.

Furthermore I would like to commend Kadett Zita for keeping both Hessian fighters occupied together with our military ally while zhe Freelancer and I took care of the Hessian combat Freighter, I doubt many Kadetts could have held their own against them so well without the benefit of years of experience.

Guten Abend,

During a routine patrol of the airspace surrounding Planet Neu Berlin, I received a distress call from a Daumann transport "DHC-Van_Gulhen" that was stopped by a Corsair in the Stuttgart system. I immediately set a course for Stuttgart and arrived to find "Fabiana.Furiosa[TBH]" in the act of piracy against the previously mentioned transport. A Military Gunboat "[RM]RWK-New.Berlin" also arrived on the scene shortly after I did and together we assessed the situation and planned our next move. During that brief moment a Hessian pilot "[RHA]Helmut.Kreutz" also appeared on our scanners forcing us to divide our attention between them. Unfortunately before we could act, an IRG transport "IRG|Lugh" entered the system and attracted the attention of the Brotherhood pilot. The Corsair engaged the Zoner forcing the New.Berlin and myself into combat.

The battle was quick as the Corsair focused it's fire on the Zoner, destroying the ship within a few minutes while avoiding our fire. The Corsair then activated a cloaking device, avoiding the justice she deserved. We then gave pursuit to the Hessian who attempted to flee as the Corsair cloaked. Unfortunately we were unable to successfully cruise disrupt the Hessian and he put enough distance between us to escape.

You will find the relevant logs regarding the incident down below.

Guten Tag,

This afternoon started calmly, but ended up as a quite busy one. Starting from New Berlin, I met two law enforcement agents at the beginning of my patrol, one MND and one Rheinwehr reserve officer, named Ludwig Keller.

We headed to Frankfurt, where we met a secondary fleet Interspace Serenity class ship named Breskens, carrying exactly 3,525 persons. He tried to justify his actions with fallacious pretexts at first, but I managed to persuade him to realease those people at the nearest station and pay a small fine as he was rather cooperative and definitely polite. I suggest to keep an eye on this Bretonian trader, though, and perhaps to contact Interspace management to ask if they were aware of such activities.

While I was busy levying said fine, a Junker transport was spotted carrying unlicensed military salvage by the two officers that accompanied me. When I arrived on spot, the cargo was already destroyed and the suspect wasn't answering anymore to communications, de facto refusing to pay the fine. I tried as I could to delay the inevitable, but in the end MND agent Cologne made the decision to terminate the offending vessel for not complying. I highly regret that the use of force was necessary in this situation, but we would have had no means to arrest the suspect otherwhise. [ERRATUM: military salvage is not actually a restricted commodity. Kadettin Zita Karlsohn has been warned of her mistake, but as it was not primarily hers and she seemed honest about it, she was told to pay more attention next time and to get back to her duties.]

Then, on our way back to planet New Berlin, we met a quite abusive Unioner fighter, identifying himself as "Junior", flying around 10 K from atmosphere. We judged he could be a threat to civilians around so we chased him and finally disrupted his cruise engines. I asked him three times to surrender, notifying him that he was under arrest, but all in all we had to destroy his ship and bring him into custody. This terrorist will probably serve a life sentence, now, as he assaulted several law enforcement agents.

Here's the log of the forwarded fine:

That's all for today.

Guten Tag,

Firstly I would like to congratulate Wachtmeisterin Karlsohn on her promotion. It is well deserved!

Onto business then. I started my patrol at Wildau Station and moved along the lane to Planet Neu Berlin scanning transports for contraband as they passed. I'm happy to report that all transports that I encountered were in full compliance with Rheinland law. It wasn't long after I entered Neu Berlins orbital defense grid that I detected a Hessian moving along the lane to Wildau Station. I immediately intercepted the craft and ordered it to surrender to polizei custody. The Hessian however refused my commands and continued to move closer to Planet Neu Berlin forcing me to open fire. The fight went well at first, I was able to avoid the brunt of the Hessians weapons. Unfortunately during the later stages of the battle, my 72-ARKM-G27 "Phantom" Rheinland Heavy Fighter collided with the Hessian fighter as it was deploying mines. My fighter was unshielded, resulting in the total destruction of my ship. Luckily I was able to deploy my pod unharmed and it was picked up by a passing Daumann freighter. I fully intend to upgrade to a heavier class fighter if any are currently available for use.

The relevant logs are attached below.

Guten Abend,

Wachtmeisterin Karlsohn and myself responded to an emergency call for aid from the Rheinland Military. Two Hessians "John_Wick" and "Jack_Blackwoods" were spotted in orbit of Planet Neu Berlin. We attempted to arrest the terrorists, but they immediately opened fire on us as we came into range. Wachtmeisterin Karlsohn destroyed one target as the other crashed his craft into Potsdam to avoid my justice.

Once that situation was settled. "Omer.Darche", who I have mentioned in a previous report, gave us vital information regarding a Hessian cruiser near Dortmund Station. We immediately joined up with a Military Battlegroup and proceeded to Dortmund where the Cruiser was still hanging around. The Military was fired upon almost immediately forcing Wachtmeisterin Karlsohn and myself to return fire in the defense of honorable Military pilotens. I am pleased to report the Cruiser was destroyed and Rheinland forces suffered zero casualties.

Guten Tag,

First of all, it's my turn to congratulate Wachtmeister Hoffmann for his well-deserved promotion. Patrolling with him regularly made me absolutely certain of his abilities as a Polizist.

Now, patrol! Today's duty was almost completely quiet, with no actual engagements to report. However, the escorts I made and the civilians I spoke with allowed me to collect relevant information about ongoing threats in our sovereign space.

I first noticed a Junker with "Scrat" callsign ship near Oder Shipyard who refused to comply when I asked him to stop, claiming I had "no autority on him". As he was already beyong cruise disrupting range, I failed to chase him. I suggest we add him on the list of wanted criminals.

My next encounter happened in Stuttgart involved a Kruger trader, whose Colossus was named F-125P. All was in order with his vessel and as he was heading to Bretonia, I escorted him until Omega-3 jumpgate in Omega-7. Fortunately, all went smoothly and no pirate showed.

Back to Stuttgart, I met Rell, a friendly and cooperative Junker commanding the Harrow. Again, I escorted him until the Omega-3 jumpgate. During our short flight, he provided me with two valuable pieces of information. First, a pirate named "Princess.Leya" is regularly attacking traders along the border. Second, he met a Republican Shipping train carrying contraband in Hamburg and claiming law enforcement told him to do so. It is not the first time something like that happens, and I think we could investigate more in detail into the side businesses some corporation pilots unfortunately engage in.

That's it for now.

Guten Abend,

I began today's patrol around Planet Neu Berlin. Almost immediately, I ecountered a Zoner Nephilim that violated the Neu Berlin Orbital Defense Grid. I ordered the ship to stop to no avail and I was surprised when two more Zoner Warships appeared on radar. Attempts to communicate with the vessels were largely unsuccessful as the Kapitans of the ships either didn't understand me, or simply did not care about what I had to say. They continued to ignore simple commands and refused to comply with my lawful orders. Being in a Fighter class ship, I had no choice but to follow the ships and hope that their intended destination was outside our borders. Eventually the ships left through the Hudson Gate, but not before violating various and showing blatant disregard for law enforcement by ramming my vessel at multiple instances.

Guten Tag,

Today was a much calmer patrol than we have been getting lately. I started shift early in a heavy response craft from Wildau. As I departed I came across a Synth Foods container tug hauling nothing more than vats full of synth paste. The ship was rather ordinary and fell within legal boundaries. Captain was a bit talkative and we exchanged words before he made his trip to Passau station. I linked up with Inspekteur von Thielau shortly after. We swept all of Rheinland for troublemakers, although besides a few common dissidents there was not much for us to deal with, but I imagine it is only matter of time before things get hot again.
