Sirs, the core will be sent, and delivered as scheduled. Yesterday, our prisoner from Monterrey escaped, he was extracted by a Bounty Hunter strike force, composed by 3 cruisers and a full squadron of fighters. The cruiser who had the prisoner onboard fled, while the rest of the ships stayed to delay us in case we go after our prisoner. 3 full squadrons of Sabres came in my aid and we killed all the Bounty Hunters, faster than they anticipated. I gave in chase, and intercepted the cruiser in Tau 31. He was in the process of being transfered to a Liberty Dreadnought, still I scooped up the pod in which he was located. A brief engagement followed, those fools engaged the Sopho. We have destroyed the Hunter ships, and a Liberty battle group. Interesting was the next thing, none of them were infested as the previous pilots we have captured. Then, I arrived to Alpha, and .Browning greeted me. I have landed on Malta, and gave the order to launch immediately the Sopho, because we saw a foe on the sensors. He had a cruiser, but when he saw us, he tried to flee. He `fled to theta, I followed, and there I fragged him, with .Browning's assistance. He was able to escape the second run since we thought that he is dead. We were wrong(he was docked on Malta!, with a police tag) and I gave chase again, but this time, he got away. (ooc: i will post a pic when i get home)
After this incident, I was engaged by my rivals, who thought I was dead, just a minor incident. I assured them that I am still alive, and conducting my business from shadows. When the intruder was expelled from Alpha, I threw a party in my Villa, and invited .Browning as my special guest. We had a very good time, we relaxed, and had fun. My cardamine profits are better than ever, since an IND guy kept buying my cardamine. He was very close to be engaged by .Browning, since he was acting as a "wise ass", in .Browning's words. However, we allowed him to trade through Alpha. We had a eventful day, and we will be as vigilent as before. Sir, your core is too dangerous to transport via train, I will send my personal cruiser to deliver it to you, in person. I don't trust intermediates, since we are dealing with such an important component. For the Legion!
