Miguel Sephardi came running down the path towards the Elders Villa, As he approched the entrance four gaurds silently positioned themselves infront of the door. "Brothers" He quickly stated, "I have important information for the Elders of the highest urgency." The guards knew who Miguel was, but that dint mean they should let him in. "Brothers, Try and stop me if you must, but I WILL speak with the Elders." with that Miguel threw a pellet at the ground, smoke came billowing out, and Miguel disappered, as the smoke dissapated, the guards caught sight of Sephardi running toward the side of the house he quickly turned the corner. All four guards went running after Brother Sephardi. About thirty seconds later, A ragged looking Sephardi came out of the bushes. " That holo projection trick gets them every time. Bet they chase my ghost for half an hour." Sephardi opened the front door and walked into the Villa. As he entered the living room he lifted his hands to show he want armed. "Elders I regret the need to disturb you but I have started getting startling information from my sources in Rheindland, and they tell me that Brother Torres has been arrested by the Rheindland Police. My sources are trying to track down his location but so far I know he's in Halle, but nothing else. I dont think they will kill him yet, they seem to want to make a show of it, a trial and all. I would like to offer my life in whatever capacity the Elders see fit to help rescue Brother Torres."

Today the mercenary Black||Dragon[Merc] approached Crete to sell arms to a trader named Codename.Gatherer. No hostile activity had been noticed in Gamma throughout the day and neither ship laid in a course to land. They finished their business and withdrew.
However, said mercenary in a bout of wisdom decided to reveal his motives for being there after he left our scanner range.

Some time back, I was told to simply ask, if we Gaians ever needed anything...it would seem that day has come. We have a five million credit bounty on each of our heads whenever we're flying in Bretonian space. We have bounty hunter gunboats assaulting our home whenever we try to leave it...and thus, I come to you with this humble request.
If it is agreeable to your Elders, I would like to base our operations out of Cadiz in Omega-5 until this bounty on our heads is lifted. This would still allow us easy access to Bretonian space, yet also give us a place to go where there's no blood money on our lives. It would also place us in a better position to come to your aid, should you need it, while we're stationed there.

I will give their leader one more chance to amend this, and if the Elders are not satisfied with the result, I think something will have to be done to wipe them off the face of Sirius. The Elders will discuss this and come to a quick decision.
I can understand and respect an enemy who openly faces us on the field of battle, such as the Rheinlanders and the Outcasts, but this... this deciet and deception by the treacherous "Asgard Warriors", a name that implies honour and courage, is unacceptable.
One day, their leader and I are in the final stages of a peace treaty, and the next...this? Ridiculous!

It seems agreeable. There are no cruisers in that list, so there shouldn't be a problem. Combined with the fact that the Hessians are intensifying their raids on Cadiz, and this situation fits perfectly.
Most Corsair forces have been redeployed to Leon and Tripoli in preparation for a... plan that we have. The docking space on Cadiz is barely at 20% capacity, and your ships will take up about half of what is left, giving us ample room to quickly relocate our forces.
Unless the other Elders have concerns, enjoy your stay on Cadiz.

Care to explain before something very bad happens?
In fact, I'll tell you what I expect from you, to solve this to a satisfactory degree:
1. He is to be imprisoned and all his belongings destroyed.
2. After the complete distruction of everything that was once his (which includes family, if he has any), He is to be given to the Corsairs.
3. After he is given to us, we will do to him what we see fit, which will possibly be transferring him to Globalo's hold, and depressurising it slowly. Unless Brother Globalo preffers a different punishment.
Let me make this clear. Your actions on this particular event will show myself and the rest of the Corsairs what the AW really stands for. Please, show us that your treaty was more than just a bag of hot air.
